My delivery doctor and nurses were surprised by my pushing skills and pain management!

I delivered on 22nd August — vaginal delivery with epidural. Asanas and breathing exercises were really helpful. Also the labor prep was necessary. If ladies can practice breathing exercises well then epidural won't be needed. Garbhasanskar classes were wonderful to keep mood swings and anxiety off during pregnancy.
