Can't thank you enough for these postpartum yoga sessions. God knows what excruciating back and hip pain I had. Even basic tasks like standing after sitting had become very painful! Thank you so so much — while there's still some discomfort it's just so so much better! I was never a yoga person but after your prenatal sessions I've truly believed in the power of yoga!
Loved today's postpartum session. It feels so good to be back after prenatal yoga! Looking forward to recovering, strengthening my core and enjoying the sessions!
I'm loving the class. I attend Nitya and Nikita's classes and they have helped me so much to get back the flexibility & core and back strength. I must mention that Nikita explains everything so nicely and keeps a check on everyone's posture. Just that I'm unable to attend all the classes due to twin babies.
Postpartum Yoga Classes really helped me to relieve stress and depression and helped regain my core strength.

I wanted to thank you for the post partum classes. I felt some kind of pelvic weakness especially while picking stuff off the ground. I no longer feel that heaviness after regular classes for the last 1 month. I am planning to continue post partum for another month then move to women's health.
I have been attending the postpartum yoga class since last 2 months and I really look forward to it first thing in the morning. I have DR and it's really helpful to do exercises that suit me. Since I am based in the UK, the 11.30am IST batch suited me the most.
It was very informative especially Nitya's classes — I have seen so much difference in my body and my energy levels compared to when starting. Now I am able to do asanas with more ease. Day by day classes were more interesting and challenging — not repetitive.
Only disadvantage is that now I just can't do yoga with anybody else's sessions apart from you! These one hour sessions are my fav time of the day. Thank you once again.
