WHO ALL CAN JOIN?
✅Everyone who is 18+ yrs of age can join. 
✅ Postpartum mother's can join after 6-7 months of delivery. (Without Diastatis Recti)

5.Resistance bands (optional) 

PLEASE NOTE
1.No refunds are available. 

2.If you are having any major health issues/any surgery in past 6 months/ any other issues that prevents you from doing intense yoga practice can avoid joining these sessions and go for our regular women's health Yoga Classes.

3. If you’re a postpartum mom, make sure that you have completed at least 6-7 months post delivery & don’t have any complications like diastasis recti or umbilical hernia. If you’re just starting out with yoga or exercises after delivery then it’s suggested to start with postpartum yoga classes first✅
