2.If you are having any major health issues/any surgery in past 6 months/ any other issues that prevents you from doing intense yoga practice can avoid joining these sessions and go for our regular women's health Yoga Classes.
3. If you are a postpartum mom, make sure you have completed atleast 6 months of delivery and don't have any complications like Diastatis Recti or umbilical hernia.
